If you are interested in booking a stay at The Homemead, please send us a message using the enquiry button. We'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and will hold a tentative booking for 4 days. Bookings are confirmed via email on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £600 to secure the booking. The final balance of the cost of your stay is due 8 weeks before your visit, along with the good housekeeping deposit. Availability above is live and updates the moment a booking is confirmed.

Housekeeping Deposit
A good housekeeping deposit of £350 is payable when the final balance of the cost of your stay is due. We'll make sure we get this back to you within a week of the end of your visit provided there are no issues.
Guest Limit
Please note that a maximum of 14 guests are permitted to stay in The Homemead.
Change-over Days
Change-over day cannot be a Saturday or a Sunday.
